Ok Ive decided to give this another crack. I have a vy side template, the TKR ba template, and what I want to know is what is the easiest to start off with?

seriously though, it depends on what program you are using, and how it performs at colouring the shaded areas (like the sideskirts) on the TKR template. Basically, the more basic the program is, the easier the VY would be cos its a simpler template (i assume u have the vy template that was posted on here). But either way, give it a shot - i'd love to see what you come up with! |

It colours them in properly, Paint just does that one RBG selection there, not all variations of it like Photoshop.

Oh, and its not too much hassle to do the mockups in a laptop - I do some on my laptop too - my only reccomendation is get a USB mouse - much easier than using the sensor pad. You can dp pretty good liveries with paint - it just takes time & a bit of patience, but its a fine place to start. Best of luck - i'm sure you'll do a great job. (you'll be mastering Jose's designs sooner than you think!) BTW, thanks for the comment about my britek-mobile! |

I'm Back, and Going Mock-up Retro!
Here is my first mock up in a while, and its not a current shape car. Using my saloon car template i made in January, with a bot of modification, i have made a 1994 EB Falcon Touring car (with the winglets on the front bar).
Here's the first mockup, possibly the most famous win for the EB, DJR's 1994 Dick Johnson/John Bowe Bathurst winner: I'll post the template in a few days - ther'sa few things i changed on it as I did the djr car that i need to update on the blank drawing. |

Looking good there M-Kart. Did anyone see the Toyota Aurion V8 Supercar mockup in V8X? I think it looks a bit like a VE but still looks good.
