Of course that statement is BS as we have found out that the Talbot green changes year to year from 31 to 34! |

In the modern open wheeler stuff the first image is the Rupert Keegan British Air Ferries Chevron B34D F3 car from 1975.
The second car down is the ex Olivier Grouillard Marlboro Martini MK39(?) he used in French F3 in c1984, I think with an Alfa engine. Last edited by E.B; 16 Nov 2019 at 15:37. |

Some odd cars to ponder over, or to just admire; No prizes for correct identification.

E.B its seems we share the same taste for, at least, some F2's. When youngsters entering support races we liked to admire the drivers of the star grid. My two favorites were Ingo Hoffmann and Riccardo Patrese. Enjoyable to watch them WOT, hitting the rev limiter with the oil pan on the kerb!

Going back to my childhood now. 500cc Formula 3 cars. Certainly one of the most exciting formula I have known, the sight of a pack of snarling 500's hurtling into Paddock Hill Bend or sweeping out of the Glade at Crystal Palace still lives in my memory. I am happy to showcase the chaps who keep them running, and long may they continue.

All using the same engine/displacement, no chance for the blue one #1 to run a Panhard engine, then? Very few use this kind of negative camber… Not a Staride? Seen at GW showing # 75…

#1 is the Revis. Think Norton engine, and the rear camber is a result of very simple swing-arm suspension!

Wonderul miniatures and brave drivers. Most of them having the mirrors bolted to the front suspension I wonder what kind of rear view they have… Should they check!
