Given they'll be investing heavily in world class CFD I'd say it's probably the standard for someone wanting to do it seriously.

It seems Ford are leaving no stone unturned to get the Mustang out there

I thought a figure of $800,000 was mentioned for the ZB Commodore. I'm sure there are ways to do it cheaper -- GRM are particularly cost efficient and may have done the Volvo for even less.

Seems a lot for the new Holden. Maybe they should look to Volvo’s example to do it at a cut price

SO then
Now that NISSAN are cutting ties will the Kelly Gang run the 4 cars next year? Would only imagine 2 Time for changing of seats yet again. Andre has done everything right too this year IMHO |

So does this trigger an out clause for Simona? Factory team requirement?

SdS, HN and associated brands are a package deal.
Could be placed anywhere on the grid, hence why Tekno allegedly went after her. |

Not for me. She has a marketing edge in her fanbase & potential connection to sponsors that her NisMoAu teammates do t possess
Its a question of offtrack as well as on, the offtrack generating the kind and level of financial support to get her car in the top half of the field |

on instagram Renee Gracie has a bigger following. I dont think it would matter where she ends up, If she isnt at the front she wont have a long term fan base 3rd car at Erebus is the best alternative |

Honestly I see nothing exciting or interesting in De Silvestro being in Supercars. Her results are rather unlikely to improve much next year and as a 'person' she's nothing exciting. She's female and that's why there's so much unnecessary attention around her but she's not Danica Patrick anyway...

She certainly has some fans, maybe in other parts of the world. I don't think though it matters how many she has. She certainly deserves a seat somewhere. May not be in Aussie V8s though. But she could end up at Erebus

Logically? Where's the logic in Betty finding the cash to acquire a new REC to run Simona? Why would she? At best running Simona would be cash-neutral for most small teams, so where's the attraction for a small team to run an odd number of RECs? Just because Betty is a woman and Simona is a woman? I fail to see any logic here at all? Or am I missing something?
