Some south american Jonny called Cecotto. I think it was the last DTM E30 built in the summer of 1992. We really shouldn't be racing it, it is too valuable. It should be in Andy Grant's lounge, in pride of place. ha ha, with the Scalextrix layour around it...!! del |

Del,
Famous enough for a model. Could this be the very same? (http://www.brandenburg-m.de/modellba.../1992frame.htm) Last edited by Snapperjack; 12 May 2004 at 11:01. |

No sign of a mention on MST. Suppose we will have to wait until the competitors/organisers/photographers are back home for more info!!!
Leslie normally commentates on the etcc races for eurosport. Did he rush off to catch a plane straight after the podium/prizes? lol |

From what I saw a good race. I'll continue sorting my photos tomorrow having already done 3 hours on them since I got home.

Donington RATS!
Congrats to the winners!
Damn. I know Del and I could do 14s around there in the Fina M3. Anthony Mott and I did a 17 in the dark on ancient tyres in November... without trying very hard! Curses! The engine sadly did blow a headgasket at Pembrey and needs new pistons and a regular rebuild. But the car will be out for the Willhire 300 in August. Along with the new car designed to take the fight to the much rumoured V8 E46 M3s (has anyone actually seen one?). Actually I have seen one although it's not quite finished. Our Simpson Porsche GT is however basically ready for testing and will hit the track in the next couple of weeks. AndyG. |

Sheila, I walked up and down that pit road about half a dozen times-I even asked the girls on the post as you come out the chicane where to find you and still managed to miss you! I bet you had a pair of racing overalls on or something...it was thirsty work as well!!
