Maybe, but that's a dangerous game to play. You could slow down to try and get the 65 minute time exact, but then if you lose a few seconds you miss that time and lose a further 2 minutes.

Edit - #90 is held for 30 seconds. #8 pits - if they or the #25 have a joker left, they'll be clear in the lead.
