According to Jiro Takahashi (J-sports pit reporter) blog,
It seems that the pit stop regulations of GT500 will be revised.
New GT500 car requires lot of time for the driver change.
So it seems that the rule which does not become disadvantageous by driver change will be adopted.

That makes sense since the driver seat is positioned on the left instead of the right.

Possible grid update (29/01/2014)

So here's my possible GT500 Class enty for Honda and Lexus.

GT500
HONDA (confirmed ones not shown)
8: Matsuura / Liuzzi
18: Yamamoto / Vernay
32: Nakajima / Baguette
100: Kogure / Mutoh

LEXUS (confirmed ones not shown)
19: Wakisaka / Sekiguchi

GT300 (text only)
- Team Mugen might have Ryo Michigami and Yuhki Nakayama.
- Team Studie might have Seiji Ara.
- Shinya Hosokawa might likely stay in the series.
- André Couto might have a drive in the GT300.

Its mean the driver seat adjust from the left like DTM or GT3 car (e.g BMW Z4 GT3 , SLS GT3 etc.) instead of the previous model one.

That's cool. But in my opinion, the driver seat (like in the Z4 and the SLS) look very well to the new GT500 cars.

P.S.: This post is my 400th post!

Too Bad, Team Bandoh does not confirm the driver lineup and the tyre manufacturer for Team Bandoh uses.
