Onslow-Cole in Belgium so another driver will be in at HARD. Tagged #FullCircle so assume it's a returning name.
Cue all the comments suggesting Jade Edwards.... |

Wouldn't mind it being Howard Fuller to be honest, seeing as he would've had the drive in the first place!

How about Mike Bushell? That would be fun. Shame we won’t TOC have one more runout though due to circumstances

Hmmm... Full Circle. A 1980 Doctor Who Episode. It'll be K-9, the robotic doggie in the car. Remove these fallible humans from the equation I say!

Wonder what other changes to the grid we'll see?

I guessed right then. At least they will have Bushell's experience to help them

I think he became his own engineer at HARD

Yes, he was scheduled to be:
As an accomplished motorsport engineer, having previously run Tordoff’s Honda Civic, Bushell will be engineering the Astra for the remainder of the 2020 season, also doubling up as driver coach, as PMR look to field a number of highly accomplished British drivers throughout the year Although it's no surprise plans are changing all the time this season. |

That was the idea with PMR. A couple of outings as a driver and then engineer it for the rest of the season. He used to engineer himself at Team HARD and he engineered Butcher last year.

He's a good engineer, that's for sure. If he can't get budget together for next year then I would reckon someone will snap him up for his engineering prowess. Mr Hollamby perhaps? No Butcher or Bushell and they've gone from winners to also rans - coincidence?

I'm surprised Jake hasn't pulled more out of the Honda to be fair, I really expected him to be right up there after last year and his earlier performances for HARD

Update from Motorbase on FB. Butcher's car has returned from Custom Cages and back at MB ready for paint an reassembly. There's about a week's worth of work to do in the space of a few days. No time for a shakedown, the car should run for the first time in FP1.

I think they were getting confused and referring to him driving Tordoff's car. The important point though is surely not which car he engineered in the past, but that PMR are now down an engineer and driving coach? Does that make Constable's weekend harder?
