Hi, Peter, I came across you quest for affordable pitboard that can be use for night racing. I have invented one, that lets the light shine through the numbers and letter and they fit into a standard type of frame. They can be backlit if needed, but the light from the pitlane lamps is normally sufficent. Some of the teams who use my boards, run in championships from F1,Gp2,Le Mans,Moto Gp,BSB,British Touring Cars, they come in two size of number 180mm or 250mm highand start from around £100 for a full set with frame. If it is not braking any rule(just joined the forum) I will post my contact details.
Thanks Steve |
