Klien's only had one really strong run all season really, qualifying in Bahrain, and that may have been on low fuel. In general he's been behind Coulthard, and the year of F1 experience in what is essentially the same team is a much bigger advantage than the F3000. Liuzzi has more talent, I've no doubt about that, and I think he will prove it in the long term. Even after his next stint he will have had less running in the RBR, even before you consider last year, so a direct comparison will be hard to make.

I would choose Klien, he has more F1 experience, having raced for Jaguar in 2004 and he's impressed me throughout his grand prix career, particularly this year in the Red Bull.

Nice to see a good mix of opinions.
I'm pulling for Liuzzi, but I have nothing at all against Klien. In my opinion, they both have F1 futures, beyond this year anyway. They'll both land somewhere. Horner has said that Klien is "definitely" in the car through Hungary. That's 2 more races after Britain, giving Klien 9 races and Liuzzi 4, through Hungary. Admittedly, USA was a non start and one earlier race (forgot which one) left Klien on the dummy grid. After Hungary, there are 6 races left - Turkey-Belgium-Italy-Brazil-China-Japan. Niether driver knows the new track at Turkey, and it's likely that Liuzzi would be given his home race in Italy. So, I'd say Liuzzi will get Turkey through Brazil and then the last 2 races are back to Klien, depending on results (Liuzzi's) |

Is there a 3rd option? Mr Speed perhaps?
