[QUOTE=chezza]Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Here I was hoping to come up and play in the pit lane with you this season!
Chezza, You will always be welcome in the Brands Hatch pitlane. Whether BRSCC, BARC, BRITCAR or 750MC, we always need assistance. Bryan |

Sheila, I was sorry and shocked to read your post. We have not worked together (too many date clashes, I guess) but I am aware of your reputation in the Midlands' pitlanes. What is going to happen to your "Guidelines for Pit Marshals" now? Best wishes for the future, Bryan |

Bryan and vw-nut, many thanks for your kind words. They are very much appreciated.
Bryan, I'm not sure what will become of "The Guide" as it was taken out of my hands many months ago by the Marshal's Club with a view to it being utilised in specialist training. However, the powers that be have not kept me informed as to what will happen to it. If I can find out I'll let you know! Sheila |

Chezza, always need extra hands in the F3/GTpit lane.
I shall follow the GT's again this year, but I already have clashes in my calendar. So one weekend I'm swapping hundreds of horsepower for 1 Horse Power and going to the Badminton Trials |

Looking at the dates that are going round I will be doing less days than I had hoped. I have made the decsion to stick to the tracks close to home, Brands/Snet and Rockingham but looking at dates there are a lot of clashes with each other and with BTCC.( I go to all rounds as a spectator) I will have to look into what is going on at Silverstone. Are Brands really going to run a race weekend when the GP is on?

Personally I hope that other circuits DO organise meetings on the same weekend as the GP and that as many marshals as possible turn up to them. This will show Mr E that he can't **** us around and that not every Marshal feels deeply priviledged & honoured to work at his event. |

I will marshal at the GP rather than Brands, nothing agaisnt Brands it feels like my second home during the season but I enjoy the GP.
Chezza, I may well pay a visit to Silverstone, if I do I will PM for some help as to where to go to sign on etc. |

Speaking personally I'm off to the Nurburgring for the 24hrs in May. Fan-bloomin'-tastic! Just no more rain after last year.
