What a great couple of days, very eventful Monday.
I guess some of you heard the call for a Doctor to post 7 for a marshal just before lunch. Well folks I can tell you the the Doc's do a great job. I found the quick way over the armco and landed on my arm which was not in the best place to take the bulk which is the rest of me. Lucky nothing broken but it don't work very well at moment, and it hurts more than a little. Thanks to the guys on post for the sympathy, they never said one one word to extract the Michal................. just loads of them. Maybe I should have been at the posh end like I thought I was. Never mind still a very good event. |

They were going to call you to get me up but they thought you winch wouldn't be man enough!!
That was me at your window when the driver on to straight tow thought he didn't need the steering wheel. Last edited by Circuitmarshal; 24 Mar 2008 at 21:10. |

The trip from East Yorkshire was well worthwhile. Thanks for your company to the folks on Post 15. To have cars in real four wheel drifts at high speed about 10 feet from your feet is a real privilege. The scene took me back 30+ years so I'm overwhelmed with nostalgia. Verdict - F2's spectacular, Top Hat brilliant and Healeys awesome. Grand day out!

A big Thank You to Dan, Dee, Ron, Bryan, Bryan and Pat for an enjoyable 2 days on Post 12. Fortunately not a lot to do, would have been very different if F2 number 5 had t-boned number 2 instead of just clipping him!
The weather could have been a lot worse just a shame the wind was so bitter and strong. |

Aye, soup was a nice touch. And free.
I was wondering what that orange blob on the floor was (I thought someone had dropped their jacket). Hope the arm is okay. |

Apparently they had a truck load of soil to fill the crater!!
So if any less well built marshals work that post they won't get lost in the hole. Being left handed I'm getting good at hitting the keys with the right, you never know I may be able to type with both hands after this!! |

I watched your graceful fall from post 9, especially enjoyed the half somersault with twist and pike, followed by the dying swan - excellent. you scored three 6's and a 5, not bad.
Seriously though, hope the arm is not the important one!!! Bladders...................... |

Bladders,
Sir thanks for your score those buggers on post with me said it wasn't worthy of a score. The arm is half important as it's the left one and I'm left handed. This evening it's much better still very stiff but not so painful. Thanks to all for your thoughts and wishes, to all that don't know what we're on about there will NOT be a replay. |
