I did look for a Schumacher thread, but it says "TGF"... which is confusing. (and yes, I know what TGF means, just wasn't lookiing for it!)

I can't see it being on, and Ferrari would look stupid if Massa wasn't fit and they had just given someone else their stand-in.

Is there anyone else out there?!

Couldn't they call Kimi back in that case? After all he still has a contract with them...

Spritle has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Besides the NEW 3 year Ferrari deal signed by Michael last week, there is this.

"Schumacher rumours persist however, but it is unlikely that the former champion could be tempted back to the cockpit.

'The last time I spoke with Michael, I did not get the impression that he wants to make a comeback on a long-term basis,' Brawn told Auto Motor und Sport.

Schumacher's spokeswoman Sabine Kehm told the SID news agency: 'Michael enjoys his life. A return to Formula One is currently not a topic."

Really? What did they do wrong? What could they have done differently?

When Michael eventually comes out and says he won't be returning, we'll have the Hakkinen comeback rumours next. And then Mansell will say he wants to buy a drive at Lotus. The British media will just be getting to a Moss comeback with Merc as Heidfeld is confirmed as Merc number 2

I really hope this is the case, I'm unafraid to say that I do really like Schumacher and would love to see him back in F1. It's very unlikely, yes, but to me this story seems to be getting more momentum each day. I personslly wouldn't be suprised if this was confirmed very soon.

If it looks like nonsense it probably is nonsense. A good maxim to use for assessing rumours.

With the silly season we are having does anyone else think the actual season will be an anti climax?

I would be seriously looking forward to that. Like a jigsaw puzzle, the pieces do look like they fit. Mouthwatering prospect, Brawn and Schumacher again.

Hardly. If this is true, it would make my 2010 nicely!

Fernando and Felipe, Lewis and Jenson, Sebastian and Mark, Rubens and Hulkenberg, Kubica, Schumacher and Rosberg and possibly Kimi too. Of course, there's some ifs and buts in there, but in my opinion, it all adds up to an incredible season.

And don't forget Montoya who won't at all drive for USF1!

Anyway should F1 teams still be calling him (Norbert liked him IIRC) Juan certainly would never get an offer from Ross who once suggested he 'had no class' after pulling a superb move on Michael.

Hey perhaps Ralfie will come back forskaking his 2 year old DTM car for a silver Brawn instead!
