The $179m is in addition to the other money received, according to that article.

The other money is a LINE OF CREDIT. Its not a gift, its simply underwriting of a loan for a given amount of time.

4 cars in the top 10 make the triple circle mob look really clever

They are also a strong #2 in the truck segment with the Hino brand too.

Maybe Holden should ask to include trucks in their numbers, where Isuzu is a clear winner overall...

Still a fair margin in front of fords figures, with also only one representative in the top 10.... 14th year as most popular car could almost be called domination

Isuzu won't help Holdens numbers as GM now only have about a 5% share in Isuzu and Toyota actually has about a 10% share in the company.

argh so thats why the parent company went broke and needed the US government to bail them out....they could have done with those funds.
