I thought that too - the only ERC car there (aside for a very small Holte) is a big crash, which I'm sure Hansen doesn't want to be reminded of. I guess they are pitching it as "us against them", which I can understand, but would still have preferred some better pic (even the Youtube video, which is great to see it advertised, is of the British round...)
Yeah, would have thought Bossard is a favourite, hopefully some more French will come over, it's hardly very far! |

Yes could have been more ERC... Best would be a full on action pic of Liam I think (altough this could have been to short before race to make the poster).

The best proof of this are the good results of two different Xsara's, one of Jeanny in the last round and Smerud last year in Sweden... |

Yes, but who cares about that? He already won that before! I hope he is not turning out like Volland: driving in a car too good for the championship for too long. The only need for a car this good is to beat Kuypers, but if it was my call I would choose selected rounds in the ERC over the Belgian and Dutch championships any time... But ofcourse it's his call and money! At least with the Golf he came to the French round of the ERC, not so far away from his home (and one of the best rounds).

Really, really too bad to miss Holte (altough I think the C30 is an ugly car), but now 2 Volvo's down on last year... Thanks for clearing up the MDK story! |

Is this question about the Pug 306? If so, by using the Group A homologation numbers A5510 or A5576 the 306 is eligible for the ERC till December 31 2010, – if it follows the FIA technical rules for D1 cars.

With no BTCC round that week wouldnt it be great if a car could be found for Andrew Jordan, maybe a Paillier Peugeot,I know last year he was keen to have a go. |

Andy Jordan could use Grant's focus, as Andy Grant hasn't entered himself yet! And def agree that would be great to see Oliie out in something and Bellerby in the Puma again. the more the merrier and the way that the ERC is run, the slower cars run against similarly paced cars, so it's still great racing for the fans and must be better for the drivers to be competing in such heats.

That Puma ain't that slow particularly in Bellerby's hands, granted it's not on the same pace as the top ERC boys but it's a quick car. It would be great to see Jordan back, not sure what he'll drive though. One of Pallier's Pugs would be the most likely option I would have thought or even one of the Tracey cars. I would expect Grant to be entering himself in the Focus.

Would rather see Bardy in any Division 1 car I still maintain that If Tony ever committed to a full BRC season he would be Champion driving skills are second to none and car preparation is just the dogs wotsits!.Couldnt ask for a better advert for Bardy motorsport if he ever did a full season! Am I disapointed Evans not doing it er No...
One driver i would like to see at this years European round much more than Jordan is Andy Grant he could put in a good showing cmon Andy |

Haha, they did buy two cars yes, I thinkmonly three were built, 2 for Schanche and 1 for Joranli.
Sachweh has one, Evans and Bardy the others In fairness to prices, those cars are very specialised, using DTM parts that must be impossible to get hold of now! As the 306 was, using 205T16 bits for some areas. |

Swifts to support ERC event with own class
After a recent convo with Mr Bellerby and looking at the Proctors Motorsport website it looks likely that the Suzuki Swifts will be the support class at this years ERC event at Lydden.
The RX150's were there last year and im sure the Swifts will put on some entertaining racing. Good news! |
