Dave RICHARDS must surley have his own agenda for BAR . The man is a very good business man after all. I think he was the best thing that could have happened to the team . Thats not knocking Pollock , as from reading his Article in Autosport this week , it seems he's had his hands tied tight behind his back from day 1.

They needed to do something to shake things up
Yes I have to admit that I was pi..ed at BAT for giving Polock the boot, still am for the way they did it, and not warning the team or thr drivers before the official announcment was issued to the press.
But the David Richards might be the best decission they took. Too bad that Graig picked Reynard to asociate himself with and not Richards at the beginning of all this. |

Richards will eventually just run the business side of the team. He will hire someone to run the racing side. Similar to that of Ferrari with Luca Di yada yada and Jean Todt. DR had wanted an individual in place this year but things fell through.
Anyways it will take him a year or two or three to clean up the mess he has inherited. |
