It says that the Doran Lista car has an MG engine, is that an MG-labeled Judd?

The Doran-Lista is the Judd engine that will be badged as MG...
It would be nice if the listings would differentiate these MG engines somehow.....gear heads like us will know, but it could be confusing to others.... Maybe MG-4 (the "real" MG engine in the 675s) and MG-10 for the Judd V-10 in the 900s??? |

Added note:
Apparently the announcement of the MG-badged Judd engines also will apply to the V-8 engines as well as the V-10s that Judd produces.... (source: MG-Rover.Org..a general MG enthusiast site)) Judd also will get involved in the 4 cylinder "K" engine production for MG as part of that new alliance... That adds more confusion.... MG-4??? MG-8??? MG-10?? |

More news!! Two Panoz now in (without drivers yet), other Lola B2K/10, ... and Panoz Esperante in GT (Hypersport team)!!!!!
With 30 entries in GT, with Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, Spyker, Morgan, TVR, Panoz, Lamborghini and Chevrolet. Is this the best GT race in the history??? Last edited by E46; 30 Jan 2003 at 00:06. |

The DBA is the ex Reynard/ IRM/ YGK car and is definitely a 675 - the 900 reynard is the ex-Owen/smithson FIA car

Thanks Graham. Do you know if the Reynard LMP 900 is going to race ALMS or LM ? And what's your opinion about both cars (LMP 675 and LMP 900) ? |

The 900 car is an LM programme - it is also fuelled uniquely with bio-ethanol!
The 675 car is an absolute stunner - quickest in the wet practice session at PLM (faster than the Audis, Caddies and MGs!) on its first serious outing!! If Super john manages to get a proper testing and development budget together for this thing it will be a real contender. |
