Also, this is a civil, rather than criminal case. The rules are different And, as Harves said, it's no different to a bunch of us talking about it at a pub or a party.

No, the court calendar looks very full, presumably there are other, more urgent issues before the court. Considering GMS imploded a couple of years ago, its not like there is any rush...

Bobblergate, more twists and turns than a game of snakes and ladders, more money being washed away than HRT made in merchandise over the last decade.
With solicitors on day rates, I am sure they like the 3 hour hearings, adjournments, with a view to coming back tomorrow....

I bet Lowndes doesn't. Saw him on Ch 9's "Today" show talking up this weekend at QR while Nine showed variously Indy, Bathurst and EC from 2002???
