they are not good if you are following a car at top speed on a dry track, how can that be safe

Is there a minimum set amount of time that a safety car has to be?

In the sense that this should be the equivalent of an IMSA "quicky yellow" - but do they need to allow all three SC trains to pit or something to make it fair?

So the pit entry light signalling that the pit is closed actually means the pit exit is closed.

This is why people make fun of the ACOs organisation. Because that, is hilarious.
