I don't think TVR are going to be able to get an Audi-style customer programme off the ground in GT3. So I suppose it's up to them where they spend their money. Depending on the PR payoff.
That said I'll file this TVR at Le Mans story next to the Lambo at Le Mans story under 'believe it when I see it'. |

The PR value of them appearing at Le Mans will be amazing I was at the 2003 event when they fielded a couple of cars under the De Walt sponsorship and the number of TVR fans was fantastic. The campsite I was on at a Chateau outside the city had lots of TVRs and banners, great atmosphere. One car was Sugden, Caine and Jordan, did 93 laps according to the results and the other was Barf, Hay and Stanton but only managed 11
Best of luck to them |

Anyway I slot this under 'would be nice I guess' table, right now Subaru and Lambo are at the top of my wish list of participating manufacturers. As little chance there might be for those |

I think he should focus on keeping TVR running in the first place. When the company then seems to be on a stable course, a racing program should be started.
TVR doesn't have a good track record of staying alive, so please start to focus on that. |

That's pretty cool to see. SVG seems to keep himself pretty busy outside of V8s, not sure if he'll be able to do as much next year with 888 so might as well enjoy it this year. Paul Ricard is the only clash of BES with a V8 race. |

I don't think Tata would just green-light a GT3 racing program for Jaguar. After all, I remember that it was scrapped previously this year.

Just a fan render unfortunately. Hopefully one day we'll find out how close the GT3 programme was to happening.

Giedo van der Garde: My future in motorsport has not finished: on the contrary, I see this as a new beginning. I will sit down with my management in the coming weeks to discuss my future plans. I would love to take part in the WEC and the Le Mans 24 Hours in an LMP1 car. Former Formula One drivers do very well in this series. We also have our eye on other series such as the DTM in 2016 and beyond.

Maybe he'd now look at the vacant Jota ELMS seat as the most desirable one out there at the moment... |

I suspect they will simply look at the rulebook and decide which fuel has higher potential to go fast, simply put. As it stands an 8MJ Petrol powered car would be the favored solution, something that both Toyota and Porsche have expressed interest in.

All I saw was Peugeot returning depends mostly on the brand returning to making a profit.
