Sad news is I know of 2 NZV8 entries who ran at puke not going to Ruapuna.
MSNZ is begging for them to go to make minimum grids of 16. If no numbers and race is pulled then what for NZ v8s until NZST arrive and drive? |

Wow... sounds like the NZST are going to be more popular than the Aussie Supercars. Maybe in 2012 they could be a support class for Bathurst ?

(small caveat: I do think that NZST are doing a substantially better job of promoting their series than TMC, so I wouldn't be shocked if the class grows beyond that.) |

agree! the ST boys and girls do do a good job updating their sites and do try to keep their fans informed. TMC really need to pull their finger out on that front!

Hmm, another 'Name' for the series. Looks to be gathering momentum. Wonder who the other car is for?

Wow, would love to see Skaifey here! I wonder if Jason Bargwanna will make the jump from NZV8 to V8ST too...

One would think when the endurance portion rolls around, we will see plenty of Aussies, not sure there is a big enough pool of V8 pilots in NZ to cover the 32 spots is there? Especially if the NZV8 drivers don't want to be seen playing on the other side of the fence. |
