Speedvision has an update on the accident, and I warn you they also have a picture of the car. They think it was tire failure but have not committed themselves yet, and have made speed to exonerate the track and the pilot of any error.
Anybody who can go see "Drivel" this weekend because of the car crashes needs his head examined. |

umm..the picture is not a 1993 Footwork..it is a 1993 Scuderia Italia lola ferrari..Michele was team with Luca badoer for the 1993 season but the team quit the championship with 2 races to go.

The way I see things is that the Scuderia Italia team started an F1 team in 1988 using a Dallara chassis..they ran with the Dallara car for several years until 1992..then started using the Lola chasis for 1993 and then dissapeared...BMS I believe is a manufacturer of racing rims and were a financial partner in Scuderia Italia..and thats about the extent of it ..I think.

Marcus, I know they ran the Lola in 1993, I have the 1993 highlights film (because it is the year Prost retired.
 ) That picture you posted makes him look so fierce.
