For sure the car has the pace Chris. What the team really need to come up with is solid driving, good team work, and good strategy. If they can do this they can win the race.
Ok, it's late, I have to get up early, and go watch this cracker of a race! |

Some of those dude's are still brilliant . Like Wallace , Lammers , Johansson etc etc .... from the old group C days . Nice to see that they can still teach the new kids on the block a trick or two . As good as they ever were .
Would be a nice end to the season to have a Zytek or Creation win . Id like to see Intersport take a win in LMP2 or the VDS Rad !!! Dont mind either in GT1 , but a win for Fellows would be a nice finish too . And a win for Panoz would be a nice end too . Cant wait for next year ..... |

Audi tanks rolling from the start pushing Porsche aside.
Intersport blitzes the GT1 and GT2 cars on the first lap. #4 Corvette has bodywork damage. All action at the start |

tidy start from the prototypes (other than the Audi team battle), GT not quite so good - #4 vette flapping at the rear & GT2 is a train wreck - full course caution already

penalizing that Zytek when the ferrari GT2 left the door wide open then shut it on the Zytek lapping him must be one of the worst decisions ive seen outside off F1.. thats almost on par with Alonso pen for blocking massa in qualifying.,. If that creation gets any further ahead of the Audi there have to find something to penalize them for..

Good race so far, nice to see the Radicals doing well until they ran into problems. I was very suprised at their straightline speed, did well to keep the Penske cars behind them for as long as they did, the penalty for the Zytek was a little harsh though. IMO. GT1 looks like it will be neck and neck right through the race, 1st and 4th for Aston Martin right now.

McNish and Primat have contact. McNish gets a new nose and a 15 second stop/go, and probably a red face for sliding out of Corkscrew backwards!. Looked like a racing incident to me, and seems a bit heavy, (as per the Zytek earlier).

15 minutes ago it was like it's supposed to be: Audis and Porsches in the lead.
Now it's Zytek, Dyson and 2 Porsches. Creation and Audis a lap down. |

Horag Lola and Panoz #50 heavy contact. The Lola is a mess, but does anyone know what happened to the Panoz?

I agree Safety first 100% but when a guy has spuna car 4 times in 4 laps (ref Audi guy on tv, I only saw 2)then pulls right out infront of someone it just seems to me to be a little bit harsh.
