I'm liking the fact that the LMPC's are running competitively with the LMP2's
BMW, Porsche, Vette in top 3 Panoz comfortably in the mid GTC pack |

It seems to be the West Lambo stalled out on track.

I'm getting worried about the #7 Pug--it's only run 4 laps, and the Audis (especially the #1), the HPD and the Oreca 908 are eating into the #8's early advantage.
The #7 908 has seem to have been garage bound since very early in the session. I hope that it's not a major issue, but since it hasn't been back out since it pitted early, it very well may be. |

You are getting worried over a testing session?
[sarcasm]This is clearly an indication of a fundamental design issue of the new 908. I predict the suspension pickup point and the conrod just broke.[/sarcasm] |

He's already grasping for straws, I don't sense much confidence in the R18 given that he's already that desperate during the first test session of the first race...

Still, if it was a minor issue, the past couple of hours should be enough time to fix it, unless the 908's as hard to work on as the Acura ARX-02 was reported to be. |

Even the HPD, with minimal testing, has been competitive. This could be the closest Sebring in years, with about 5, 6, maybe even 7 cars that can win it for sure. And another update: T&S seems to have died again. (Sarcasim on) How unexpected (sarcasim off). Last edited by chernaudi; 14 Mar 2011 at 15:06. |

Im getting worried about the #062 Risi 458, it only turned 3 laps and its the all important first unofficial test session of the week.

An LT that always stop working, and no free live streaming of the race on Internet expected ??? What a great week-end awaits us, those who don't get Eurosport...

Is it really red flag for this long. Who ruined the entire test session for the other teams.

ALMSnotes updates says that the #7 Pug is offically ranked 14th overall. Doesn't give a reason, though.
And T&S still shows it as completing only 4 laps (however, something is still wrong with T&S, as it's showing that there's over a hour in a half to go, instead of about 40 minutes). I don't think that they'd willingly sit out a session. I know that this is early, but the 908 is new, and track time is track time. And something that we all know is that the ALMS' T&S could be better run by most of us here. |

And who here is surprised that the Jag has yet to turn a lap?

I just noticed americanlemans.com gives two timing links. I like the flash version as it seems to be accurate and up to date.

jaime Melo is the the F430 not the 458 GT2 is this wrong. Do they not trust the car to last the 12 hours and decided to run it at the next race instead

Or maybe Peugeot wants to test the 908 one by one and not both in the same time
Strange strategy to my eyes it would be though... |
