Great ride by Dani but he was never really tested out front. More like a Sunday cruise for the little guy.

Good to see Loris back at the pointy end of the field but one must wonder what he will be riding next year. His post-race interview with the BBC didn't reveal much, but you could see that he is angry / upset with Ducati over his current position.

Also a great burn-from-the-stern from Hayden. Too late now for a championship challenge, but a win next week at Laguna is certainly on the cards. (Kudos to Edwards as well who was in his wheel tracks all race.)

As for the regulars, Casey rode a calm, intelligent race. Knew he had problems early on, but maximised the situation to get as many points as possible.

As for Rossi, well, he simply blew it. Too often his slow starts create some excitement, but it caught him out this time as de Puniet is certainly on soft touch. Bit too much lean and that was it.

There has been a lot of media hype about whether can Casey withstand the pressure from Rossi. But it is Rossi that is making the mistakes.

I've said it many times, Pedrosa is really tough when he grabs the lead and builds a gap. But he needs to prove that he can fight it out. I was sorry Rossi couldn't go chase him down. Rossi's fall looked a lot like Valencia last year. Anyways, some good stuff going on behind Pedrosa, but not a stellar race. But it matters not, because I'll be seeing them all at Laguna!

I feel asleep before the race started.

My very bad, it seems.

our commentators kept saying a great ride by Westy IMO if the other guys infront of him didn't crash he would of been way down, and Vermulen jumping the start poor bugger ohh well you do the crime you do the time, interesting with the Problem with Casey's, Hoppa's and Marco's Bridgestones, shame Casey couldn't gain more points, the curse of pole position continues.

Am starting to get worried about Vermuelen, he never seems to ahve the pace of Hopkins in the dry, think people are getting a little over escited by by him really. Never been as quick as Hopper in the dry really. Yes he is a wet weather genius.

My best race was maybe Kallio in the 250's, nearly won and debut podium, also Bradders in 125, gettin 8th when if he crashed he would probly be out for the rest of teh season, fair play mate!
