Yes I mean like TC1 Cruzes, It would be nice to see for example TC1 Focus or Toyota. But it's rather impossible because of the costs.

Yes, the costs of making a new car in TC1 are huge . You're right, I also guess that Lotti goes wrong way. For me BTCC is now the best series. You can see different cars, good drivers and a lot of fight. And the most important thing - cars in BTCC are still like real cars, not just racing track monsters.

Usually the full entry list is published during the next 2 weeks, so I doubt it will today-tomorrow. So we'll have to wait. I hope some announcements will be before that

Very nice looking TC1 Chevrolet. Looks like something Darth Vader would drive if he was to enter WTCC . Just look at the headlights.

It would be awesome if some team left the car in its carbon look, and just added their sponsors in white or similar.

Unofficial entry lyst by Neil Hudson. Interesting to see Nika in provisional TC2 entry with a Chevy, guess they were allowed after all. And that 2nd Engstler entry seems to be either Petr Fulin or an Asian driver will a little name.

Which incident was that? I could be barking up the wrong tree here, but wasn't it Larini and for 4th position?

I thought Petr Fulin when I first saw that list too for the second Engstler car.

The only 2 drivers recenty uploaded to the WTCC website but not on that list are Fulin http://www.fiawtcc.com/drivers/detail/id/70 and John Filippi: http://www.fiawtcc.com/drivers/detail/id/75

I think back in 2009, Lada driver Jaap Van Lagen was in 3rd place and was rammed from behind by a Lacetti, think it was Menu

well also in the golden era of btcc and stw there were lot of manufactures and few privaters.
anyway there is still time before the begin of the season and i hope that in TC2 class they will be able to reach atleast 8/10 cars

If you look at the red bit with Onyx Race Engineering, you can see that it start's with an F. So, as expected, it will be a Ford Focus TC1. Or an Ferrari, Fisker or Fiat . Drivers, I cannot see.

And actually good news on a few TC2 entries. I'm reeeaaaally looking forward to the first round in marrakech!!!!!!

The red line isn't to hide the details, it's to scrub them out as entries!
The Onyx thing was pure BS from the start.
Their '5 year program' didn't even last 5 minutes LOL!

Its easier to delete all things related to Onyx in this table. I think everything confirm (car/driver) but cannot publish to public at this moment.

the important thing is that onyx will be present in this championship with 2 more TC1 cars and 2 (atleast) quite good drivers.

at this point i have serious doubt that they will be able to be on the grid for the opening round.
i guess that if onyx will really partecipate to wtcc they will start their season from the third round.
