MJ_N_09 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Any Evora GT2 pictures in the Jet Alliance colors yet? How's testing going?

That would be a shame. I'm not expecting exceptional pace, but I'd rather see two Evoras than another Robertson Ford GT/GTE-AM GT3-RSR.

Haven't seen any information from Jet Alliance regarding development progress, either.

Id rether see one of those Lotus's , hasnt proven a damn thing yet , and another Ford or Porsche . At least we know that they will be quick cars .

JetAlliance are already looking for pay drivers , so it doesnt look like it will be a quick car , even if it does show up .

Well, they have to show up at Spa first, correct? If they don't race there they can't race at Le Mans?

Yes.

Also they are both entered for the Le Mans test day, so they should show up there as well.

Shook down? Less than twenty days before the LM Test Day? Here's another team from the Aston Martin School of Preparation.

Well its a start. Its a shame that Lotus appear not to be lending financial support to JetAlliance, they could get some pros to really develop the car and better the chances of a good result (reliant on the car somewhat too).

Although I did read somewhere that Johnny Mowlem is doing development for the car, not sure if he's actually racing for JetAlliance, it would be a wise move.

Wise move for who , Jetalliance or Mowlem ?

I reckon one car may show up for the race , certainly not two ., and with all sub pro drivers too .

Be a teriffic car to watch

Whatever happened to Walkinshaws saying , that it takes 3 years to win Le Mans . Lotus seem to be able to do so in 3 months ..... Dreamers !!!

I must say that I am impressed, I did not have high expectations for the program but that is a proper looking GTE car. Hopefully JetAlliance does it up in the blue and livery they had on their DBR9.

Who said anything about winning , if they start and finish the race it'll be a win in my eyes, JetAlliance are a good team for developing and racing the car but this aint gonna be helped if Lotus dont throw some cash their way to get some pros onboard. If Mowlem's racing for them (not sure btw) then its a start. Dont blame JetAlliance blame Lotus.

In a perfect world Wendlinger and Sharp would be in the car but alas this world is not perfect........

Really , I thought all along that a good team for testing and developing a car would be made up of quick drivers , and not pay drivers for a start ?

Nice looking car , I just dont have much hope for it at Le mans , never mind 2 of them , as it stands .

Im sure if JetAlliance had the cash they'd hire some pros but they appear not to have the money to do so which is deeply disappointing.

As I have said previously it would be wise for Lotus to pull its wallet out and pay for some pros, they've designed and built a car, now all they have to do is shell out a bit more to get some good drivers behind the wheel.

To go to all this effort to build the car and then refuse to pay for some pros to pilot the car is incredibly stupid IMHO.

JetAlliance have always been a pure customer team, albeit a good one, don't forget they almost won the Silverstone 24 hours in their Porker last year, only losing out to a car from the top class in the last hour or so.
But a team for testing and developing a car? No definately not.

I just hope the Lotus doesn't follow on in the tradition of the JLOC Lambo and the GT2 Jag.... Now that would be a waste of an entry or two.

Lets be honest about this ..... To do a race like Le Mans , and expect decent results , unless your someone like Mclaren (1995) , you need to start with a car that is capable of at least driving for 24 hours non stop , right or wrong ?

At the minute , as things stand , we have a car that has done a shakedown , with pay gentlemen drivers doing the driving , and a team that doesnt really have the money to test and develope the car , and then expect to have 2 cars on the grid for the biggest sportscar race in the world ..... your having a giraffe !!!

What do you really expect from this come June ?

I guess we'll have more of a clue about the AMR-Ones (I still think it should be the AMR Three, but that's another story) performance and reliability after the LM Test day...

As is also true of the Lotus.
