Probably should have settled and paid up long ago, cause it don't look good.
If he gets jail, I think after that he gets deported and that will be the end of his US career. |

The latest on the trial...
The attorneys for Helio Castroneves lost their motion for a mistrial Wednesday but they did succeed in getting U.S. district Judge Donald Graham to amend his instructions to the jury on a couple of key issues. Judge Graham denied their motion Wednesday but agreed to change the language of the following terms. Instead of calling Roger Penske the employer and Castroneves the employee, the jury was told to refer to Penske as the payor and Seven Promotions as the payee. They say if Helio is acquitted in time, he has a ticket to Los Angeles Friday morning and will be in a car for Penske for the Long Beach race. Im hoping this happens. |

Yes indeed it is over, good to see Helio not end up in jail, I'm just glad this whole circus has found an ending and we get on with the racing. I sympathise with Power but he would've known all along what would've happened had Helio been acquitted, I just hope Penske make use of him, Grand-AM??
