It is confirmed that the appeal will be held at the FIA Paris office on 12/02/04 at 10.00 hours, and Roberto Causo (Senna case Williams lawyer) will be the lawyer of Carly Motors.

The initial national appeal was a complete wipe out of the Team Carly Motors appeal by the Italian Court, as they were not heard, and the evidence was even not seen.
That's why Carly Motors appealed against the decission of the National Italian Court of Appeal, and only want to have a proper hearing, that's why they turned to the FIA International Court of Appeal in Paris. I don't think it is the matter of who will be ETCC Champion, but the ETCC and all other Championships should be dealt with the status of a FIA Championship. |
