Tweed should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hope you're right, hakkiman. Vilander has been left behind by his Euro and World karting rivals like Kubica, Perera et al. Along with the fiasco of the Italian F3 title, he deserves a break in 2005.

At least it's good that Dirani is likely to do British F3.
Because I've been invited to go and have a day at Carlin if he does.

Tweed: His rivals and the rest of us know who the real 2004 Italian F3 Champion is, despite the record books showing someone else.

Maybe Danny has found some backers that have realised his full potential.

Interesting rumour. And at the moment no more than a rumour I fear. I think Kicking-Backs' approach may be the right one to take at the moment untill anything offical is released maybe?

He's an engineering manager for some company in Cheshire. They make parts for cars, but some factories he visits make parts for F3 (or some formula) chasis, so he gets some gossip.
But he hasn't heard anything.

Merry Christmas to you all!

Autosport were speculating that Senna could be with Raikonnen, there has got to be a great headline in there somewhere...

For what it's worth, my sources suggest that both the rumours just mentioned are likely to be true. Maybe all will be revealed at the NEC. This waiting around is getting a bit frustrating!

So my guess is:
Bruno Senna and Toni Vilander @ Team Räikkönen

But then Marko Asmer will be joining Carlin?

Rui Chagas tested with Reon last year and was not as quick as James Winslow.

Chris KIng's Planet racing are running two class A cars for Lars Sexton and Neil Purdie. This should be an interesting combination. Planet had a good run at Silverstone earlier in 2004. Hopefully they have backing to do a full year with the two cars for Lars and Neil.

It's now confirmed, Formula BMW champion Tim Bridgman will contest the championship class of the series with the Hitech Racing team.

That sounds like an interesting prospect.

Bridgman impressed me last year.
