Mr.Mekola,
Lopez was the big flop of F.3000 2004, and probably he tryied to modified his negative trend accepting what Dams offered him last September: try to help Jani to win the champioinship. But Josè Maria did only one thing: he tested very hard the barrier of Oschersleben and Dubai. And he did not score any point for help his team. REMEMBER THAT HE WAS THE CHAMPION!!! |

Lisboa:
López scored four points in 2004 Formula Renault V6 championship: 2 in Oschersleben for his Grand Race pole and 2 in Dubai for his finish at 10th in the second race. And he didn't test the barrier at Dubai, because he recovered from the spin of the first lap (2nd race) and overtook around 7 cars to finish in 10th position. Yes and he seems like a nice bloke! will he drive for Isport i think he should he knows that theyare likely to be one of the strongest teams and having been given the redbull green light for Mr Speed Paul And Co will definatley deliver and i know its the wrong thread but watch out for a purchaser of Jordan and a Euro series F3 team as i predicated months ago eddie will stay for a year or so to enable the engine deal but thats about it really best of luck !!!

Crashnet are reporting that Ryan Sharp who competed in the Renault V6 series with Jenzer has not signed for Jenzer this year in the new World Series but instead signed with David Price Racing in GP2.
Nice to see we have a British driver confirmed for the championship. |

With that hair and those polka-dot shirts, I would have thought Ryan Sharp would be more likely to join Primal Scream circa 1991.

Things are beginning to pick up in GP2 now, after an ominously quiet late autumn and early winter. Let's hope Robbie Kerr can get a drive too.

I would expect that Hamilton will spend another year in Euro F3 like he did in FRenault 2000 to try and win the championship

Yes, Hamilton seems likely to have another crack at F3. Having won in such fine style at Bahrain, he's certainly got momentum behind him and must be a front-runner for the 2005 title.

He has the momentum, but does he have a renewal on his McLaren contract?
