N.A-D.R should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
are they racing for their FBMW USA teams? I tip James Kovacic to do really well.

What about Macau round of F-BMW Pacific? I guess there'll be more than 25 cars since the success of last year's race.

Here are my guess drivers' predictions:

From F-BMW Europe:

Jack Harvey
Dani Juncadella- Perez Sala
Facu Regalia
Michael Christensen
Asad Rahman
Antonio Martinez (raced in Sepang this June)

From F-BMW Americas:

Gabby Chaves
Michael Lewis
Giancarlo Vilarinho
James Kovacic

From F-Masters

Alexander Rossi

From F-Renault UK:

Marlon Stockinger

From F-Renault Asia:

Alon Day

From others:

Jim Ka to
Aditya Patel
Luis Jorge de Silva

Singapore FBMW

James Kovacic is not racing with his usual team of which he has built a great rapport. Unfortunately Team Apex have now pulled out of FBMW. James is racing with another team and using the same car Wilson Phillipe used in the USA series in 2009. James had to get his seat fitted and car readjusted to suit and was able to qualify 6th just missing a top 3 start with one lap to go. He is also contending with having to prepare for his school exams as soon as he returns to Australia on Tuesday.

He is hoping for a better result in the racing once the car is made more drivable by the team.

Unfortunately James isnt permitted to carry the Aussie flag decals on his car as AFOS wont allow him whilst he has a USA licence, yet in the USA he was allowed too.

At the moment this is a one off event for James to keep him sharp. He has tests lined up with several temas in Star Mazda, IMSA Lites and has a very attractive offer on the table to race in the FBMW Pacific series in 2010

Axcil Jefferies was 4th. Quite amazing for someone who was racing Junior Max karts this time last year!

He's a nice kid. I met him and his dad and they both have the passion to go far. Racing out of Zimbabwe takes a lot more effort than people realise.

Found this (from AFOS)...

A tight battle between Harvey, Thompson and Jefferies ensued in the latter half of the race. Harvey managed to get away and move safely into fourth, while Jefferies and Thompson, who are battling for points in both the Drivers Classification and Rookie Cup, embarked on a fast-paced duel.

On the final lap, Thompson was able to pull out a modest gap, however, Jefferies‘ efforts came to nought after Cao Hong Wei (CHN/16/Ao’s Racing Team) clipped him, flipping his car over on the final turn.

I saw race 2 live on a stream, it was a very good race. Nasr won again after he dominated the weekend, but another good drive came from James Kovacic from 6th to 3rd, but didn't have enough laps to get 2nd.

Btw, Nasr was w/o the Red Bull branding, neither on the car or his helmet and there was a thanks msg to his dad on the sidepods :P He was the class of the field, Jack was a bit unexpectedly behind battling w/ the Pacific regulars, I thought he was going to be strong 2nd.
The trip is probably worth it, Nasr will surely have to enter Macau sometime soon and knowing another GP circuit(even more street one) is big plus.

very good nasr. win first time outing in singpore was genious. i see him as new felipe massa. i am happy with fbmw pacific regulars. they are quick and not behind the europies. to make world champions lay aside their, they just need more testing and racing.

macau gp is going be the fbmw world cup. anything less is surronder and we cant have that in mcau. more asians teams to come down.
champ motorsport is going to race 2 cars. on glory!

Singapore FBMW

The sign on NASR car was for Eurointernational Team Race engineer NICOLA's father who passed away the week before the race. Hence the team owner put it on NASR car as respect for Nicola and his family.

It is not confimred who will drive for Eurointernational at OKOYAMA. Likely will be Michael Lewis and James Kovacic.

At Singapore, Kovacic was using Wilson Phiilipes car from the Americas series. It required an engine change after Qualifying showed it was down on power. Kovacic testing F3 cars in Australia and also will be testing Sportscars in Europe and USA. No confimed drive for next season as evaluating options on offer at the moment

Just noticed that Jim Ka-To, 2008 Asian Formula Renault Champion, will be racing at Macau. He was locked up earlier for assault but was released on appeal in September. Apparently the victim mistook him for another person.
