Well that still may be the case at the end of tomorrow. After all Webbo could get over excited and punt Hamilton off and Button could get knobbled by Vettel, except the only way that would be likely to happen is if Jenson made the best start in the history of F1, or more likely when Vettel came round to lap him.

Methinks Fernando maybe a little more aggressive if Petrovlightning struck twice, although on the other hand Alonso may just prefer to get some points on the board in the first race....

I'm really interested to see how these Pirelli tyres hold out or not, as the case may be. I personally think this is where races will be won or lost.

Is it really true that there is a sixth of the overtaking as there was 20 years ago (as Jake said)? I don't believe that, only in terms of crude statistics, such as taking account the decrease of cars in the Grands Prix. |

That was hilarious; Jenson driving round the Top Gear track with EJ as passenger, he didn't say a word.

That Williams livery is ace. I know it was inspired by Rothmans but I didn't realise it was that close.

ARW really works well on that tiny pit straight then...
Massa is full of fight but no pace. What happens when Alonso closes on Button? Can he use ARW and thus Button can't despite attacking Massa. I am confused. WHAT A RULE. |

Looks like Mclaren making their tyres last longer. Gap down to 1.5 secs at the front.
