Sounds like new car niggles I guess
Apparently it’s been a very small development programme, and this is only the 8th race by my count for the car- Gulf 12hr Aus GT 3x very short races in the hands of an Am driver Blancpain Asia 2x races, one of which they were shunted out in first lap Super GT - got called off due to rain I figure they still need some time to get the car further refined I imagine next year will be the big push for the car, this year maybe more of a public development programme with select customers. |

The 720s GT3 has been withdrawn from the meeting due to electrical issues.Big shame but hopefully it will be better at Snetterton.

Mustang performance this weekend isnt going to do anything to please the other GT4 competitors.

Yeah commentators on the stream mentioned that GT4 teams think the Mustang has a favourable BOP. Personally i think its more to do with the fact they have 2 silver drivers..
New Aston GT3 teams also complain about BOP, whats new? |

Doesn't sound like Nicki Thiim is too happy, from what he's posted on Facebook.

Caught race one on the live stream. Good race with plenty of action. Shame they didn’t interview Ian Loggie after that incident on lap two although it would’ve made Nicki Thiim’s Jesus Christ moment look pretty tame lol

Nice to watch such a big field , which I did from most points of the circuit. Good variety of cars , shame only one 911 and not a single Ferrrari and I did like the Mustangs especially . Great noise ....
I can't say I care over much about drivers' hissy fits on Facebook - to misquote an old axiom -' When the chequered flag drops the bullshit starts . Again' |

They did interview him later. He was very reasonable about it..... Standard fare though isn't it when an Aston is involved. |

Seat yes, view no! Most of the weekend we spent looking at the entry to Old Hall, listening to three radio channels to keep up with what was happening elsewhere. But I'm definitely not complaining about that!

Shame it seems C4 aren't showing anymore early morning motorsport, which is a shame for us hoping to follow the series
Still at least it is showing FW live |

Race 1 and 2 loaded to GT World YouTube channel. Need to watch them to find out what happened where I wasn't taking photos.
