Possibly, so it will be up to the team to appeal if they think it is the wrong decision. But mistakes aren't that common in the WEC (I can think of a few, but not many).

Kobayashi is absolutely crushing it in the traffic.

Nakajima ... not so much. This might be the #7's big chance to make a gap while the drivers are in their favour.
