Smells nice though.

I especially love the 500cc F3 cars, we get them every year @ the August BARC Sprint at Curborough

It's better safe than sorry

it appears we have 'currently' slipped of topic ,

so 'wire' don't the rest of you try and drag it back,

there's 'amp'le time - unless there is some 'resistance' to this from the

Surely for this thread we're regulators? Or modulators...

Way too much time until the event to bother about it being on topic, we'll take care of that when there's some actual volunteering information about. In the meantime in it's current state, this thread is way too much fun to mess with. Haven't seen so many awful puns since the late great Humphrey Lyttleton.

So let us spark some life back into this by giving FE a plug that might lead to firing up enthusiasm, although we must be careful not to flood the point of the subject, and re-coil, and introduce an element of punishment to one's dynamics, generating a flat feeling and lack of power thus accumulating lassitude, and a circuit break for jaded marshals.

Otherwise let's play 'Spot the Puns'.

I re-FUSE to answer that, but Ah there is a WIDEBAND of comment here on our puns.

imho UPS would be the best CARRIER for their parts - but I may be on WAFER thin GROUND [other carriers being Amply available] so let me TRANSFER this onto a REGULATOR for their comment.

Taken this was a serious question-I seem to remember Battersea Park is on the BR network not London Underground.BR Southern to Victoria-Victoria line to Euston-possibly walking distance from there?

Overground rail is nearest . Victoria to Battersea Park one stop then 3minutes walk or Waterloo to Queenstown Road one stop and then four minutes walk.

So, putting aside all the puns, we still have no clue as to who is running the London event and how we can volunteer our services? Seems a bit odd as it is only around 5 months away!

ADAC have not yet officially released anything about the Berlin round 4 weeks before the London round.
ACM do not have the Monaco round (May 9th) up on their website
They positively know where the race is being run and I cannot see anybody else being allowed to run a race in Monaco.

it's all just a bit last minute really innit?

Seems about it.

If you are still CURRENTly available, there is still AMPle time.

Maybe you could call a few clubs - BARC / BARC spring to mind - if you are still POSITIVE you wish to attend this ELECTRICfying event.

Why don't we stop speculating who is going to run the UK round and wait for a club to announce that they are running it. It'll save BARC, BRSCC etc from getting loads of emails, phone calls that they cant give an exact reply to. You could always wait until the font of volunteering knowledge, Julian, puts it on the volunteering page.

It's probably going to be run by nPower, with the marshalling outsourced to SERCO as usual.
