Sorry Badger but Ferrari returned to the top in the FIA GT test today so no gloating there.

I would actually have hoped that the Porsches would have stayed on top, because I think Monza is a 997-friendly circuit and it would bode well for an even balance of power over the whole season. This is a touch more troubling, but at the same time the GT2 class is fantastically close. Should be a right dust-up in the FIA as well as the ALMS this year between the 2 grand marques.

After 3 1/2 hours, Risi Ferrari leading with 4 Porsches waiting for them to have a problem. Next Ferrari only in 6th. While lots of people may not like Salo, he and his teammates (Bruni & Melo) are an excellent team.

Seems like Porsche can always count on winning some races during the year as it is always likely that a Ferrari driver will make a dumb move at some point in some races.
