More changes at Jacko Junior Racing:

Out is Jeff Burton.
In are Jamie McMurray and David Ragan

New Team:

Denny Hamlin 700,000
Jamie McMurray 500,000
Juan Pablo Montoya 250,000
David Ragan 250,000

Total: 1,700,000

This line-up is to start as of the Coke 600 at LMS.

I think that means I've made 3 driver changes so far?

ALL-AMERICAN RACERS PRESS RELEASE!!!

Our first win with a driver!

Martin Truex Jr wins his first race today! Our other two drivers, Dale Earnhardt Jr, and Juan Pablo Montoya, had lackluster finishes, even though Dale Jr did very well in the opening portions of the race.

We would like to congratulate Martin on his maiden victory, on this sad day, from the passing of Bill France Jr. And would also like to extend our wishes to the France family.

I should have the results later in the week, for some reason the result sheets wont update, and I don't have time to fix it right now. I can tell you that B.O.R.I.N.G won the race with 499 points

I'd be glad to make some with Paint. They may be a bit crude and definitely not like the 3D renders we see over in the V8SC Fantasy comp, but like I said, I'd be glad to. Here's some examples of them:

Done.

I'm sorry it wasn't mentioned Petty would be having races off, if i'd known that at the start of the season I wouldn't have put him in at all, I hadn't really thought about it affecting this 'till now, so I'll try to give some sort of warning about drivers not racing if possible.

hence this, at Sonoma, there are a few regular drivers stepping out:
http://www.jayski.com/stats/2007/ent...noma-entry.htm

Micheal Waltrip
Mike Bliss
Kyle Petty (the list above has him in the car, I beleive he's still staying out though)
Tony Raines
David Reutimann
#36 has TBA, possibly Mayfield out

Very few teams have these drivers, so there shouldn't be many people making changes (you don't have to make a change)

Provided we're not too late, Team Iron Horse would like to replace David Stremme with Boris Said for the Sonoma race, and then swap them back afterwards. We are also contemplating renaming to "Team Big Hair" and buying oversized afro wigs for Jeff, Reed, and Juan-Pablo

Current Lineup Too Stale For AM2 Motorsport, Changes Made

01/10/07 (16:50 PST)
LOS ANGELES, California (US)

After downright boring and lackluster performances, AM2 Motorsport is forced to make some drastic changes to their driver lineup.

Drivers being SACKED as of AFTER Daytona II but BEFORE Chicagoland will be:

- Tony STEWART - $900,000
- Joe NEMECHEK - $300,000

Total freed up for use: $1,200,000

Team owner Victor Aquino was quoted as saying "Letting go of 2 drivers at the same time is never easy. But what was the real shocker was one of them being our pre-season marquee driver, Tony Stewart. I just don't get what's going on. He seems consistent in the COT/'08 car races, but he's just not finishing high enough on a regular basis, and in the totals, he's really costing us."

So with a good 1.2million freed in the driver budget, AM2 Motorsports now can hopefully freshen up the remainder of their season with their new additions. The following drivers have been HIRED as of AFTER Daytona II but BEFORE Chicagoland:

- Denny HAMLIN - $700,000
- Martin TRUEX, JR. - $500,000

Total cost for new drivers: $1,200,000

So here is AM2's new lineup, starting at Chicagoland:
Code:
#41 (#42) Juan Pablo MONTOYA $250,000
#76 (#11) Denny HAMLIN $700,000
#23 (# 6) David RAGAN $250,000
#36 (# 1) Martin TRUEX, JR. $500,000

Grand Total: $1,700,000 (+/-$0 over/under budget)
AM2 Motorsports thanks it's fans for their continued support!
