The '94 Kremer K8 Spyder looks fantastic!

I'm surprised how many are around. Can't say I've seen one on the road yet, but spotted a Gulf coloured MR2 for sale. Not enough seats for me, which is a shame as it looks like quite a high quality paint job.

Very nice- but maybe I would have called a halt before got to the mirrors!

So tell me Claire and John, is there a Guinness Book of Records attempt here?

Just a thought...

I've seen a number of vehicles over the past few weeks that would qualify for the Gulf Challenge. How about creating some sort of flyer that could be printed off, and put under a windscreen wiper to invite owners to the event. I'd certainly keep a few in my car for unexpected Gulf encounters.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

Ok peeps on the quick I want to thank you all for your continued support re this little venture of ours. There are clearly some great GULF enthusiasts out there and the love of the brand pushes them to create some great (and I dont care ifd people think this is corny) pieces of art/work...call it what you will.

As we head for 6000 calories tomorrow and laying on the sofa thinking "omg...did I really just eat/drink all that" I want to wish you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS...and a GREAT 2011

I will post some updates on here in the new year, keep checking the website though 360 is gonna have Christmas week off!

Thanks again

Just to reiterate Claire's post, a big thank you to everybody for entering into the sprit of the Gulf colours project. If everybody turns up, it will be a spectacular display and help make 30th April a really special day.
We'll be producing a 'flyer' in the new year that can be downloaded and printed, to pass on to any Gulf liveried vehicles that you see on your travels

Don't forget the punch line 'The 360 MRC needs you'

Can I just wish everybody a happy, safe and healthy Christmas and New Year

Spreading the net a little further ....

I'm still ploughing through my photos from Spa and yesterday stumbled across some shots that include a Gulf liveried Elan I had forgotten about, I think it is probably from Denmark - need to check the info from the 6hr meeting.

Could there be an international appeal to this project?

I'm the Bloke with the Bay Window van from Holland.

The story of my bus:
http://www.vct2.nl/forum/viewtopic.p...t=5296&start=0

I don't know if I can make it to the event due to other plans.
But when these plans change I have already permission from my wife to go.

Greetings,
Robert

Great van and a nice choice of locations Robert! Welcome to 10 Tenths.

I wonder if, should travel to the event be impossible, remote groups gathered together in their own locales (and linked in by internet video) would be permissable for a new record breaking attempt?
