Aslak Vind should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Yes, Christian Bakkerud has signed both LMS and the DTM for Kolles TME, the latter a seat in one of the two R12Plus cars.

They will not have a chance in H***, but a good way to show of yourself in front of the manufacturers.

Óscar Fernández explains he didn´t get the budget for the seat in Futurecom TME, so he won´t race DTM.

DTM + LMS, did he win the lottery?

Well, yes and no. 15 years back when Sweden had it's own personal bank crisis, Nordea was seriously stumbling. The legacy of this is that the Swedish state still today owns 20% of entire Nordea group, 25% if you count all the Swedish state pension funds as well.

Indeed, would fit well with Norberts aspirations of rising DTMs profile as well to make it a true path to top F1 rides. Must mean good synergy effects of marketing expenses for Merc.

Correction: Christian will drive a R13, not a R12Plus. the last edition of the former generation A4 DTM racecar - my bad.

So,if Audi and Mercedes have their pilot-warehouses in DTM (Rocky,Premat have proved to be really strong in sportscars and Mercs are gathering 'almost-f-1-pilots') aren't they going to tune 'vorjahreswagen' up rather then modify the latest 2009-spec cars?
But if they do so,TME with their 2007-championship winner car has nothing to catch there. One hope - it's going to rain cats and dogs whole season..

Senna in DTM would indeed be an interesting mix however even if he won the series it would not give him a direct path to F1 as many have found out and ended up stuck there.

Should Senna join I would imagine he is looking for assurances from Mercedes with a shoe in to replace the under perfroming Heki at Mclaren.

Having said this to drop Di Resta as some are saying is madness and I really cannot see this happening, had Senna entered the frame earlier it is my opinion Schumacher would have been out and only retained due to his appeal as an ex F1 racer. Should he under perform this year then that will be it for him.

Maybe Di Resta wants back to single seaters? I think it's unlikely Mercedes wants him not in the car. I am not sure if there are any competative GP2 seats available.

One at Durango, one at DPR, two at Trident. Not really competative seats, maybe Durango, but you can't really compare to ART, iSport, RE, Campos.

But if Di Resta keeps Mercedes money/support, they could of course buy someone out of his contract...

Renger van der Zande WON'T be driving DTM this season. Perhaps next year. He will still be a Mercedes development driver.

Right guys, do we know when will merc sign the drivers up, they're probably signed anyway, but when will Merc show'em to the world? Season is about to start in fortnight if I am not mistaken?!

Does that VD Zande news mean Senna's signed? Or maybe Lauda is staying?
