It HAS to be the ALMS.com equipment or hosts, been running fine here on ESPN3. Hoping the ALMS takes notice or enough fans let them know how useless their effort was.

Just checked the espn3 with US proxy... compared to that terrible world feed, the quality here is superior and stream seems more stable.

BTW, is this race being broadcasted on Motors TV?? I'm going to have to leave my laptop here in my house, heading up to my cousins house with a Sky digibox!

Go to IE, put US proxy (208.188.3.23 : 8080) and head to ESPN3... stream works like a champ.

The stream is fvcked, can't get video or sound since the screeching noises started about 10 minutes ago. Someone at ESPN or ALMS is going to get a slap and a half after how poor the streaming has been so far.

Now that is amazing! THANK YOU. It works slightly better than the ALMS stream, but I'm still dropping frames every 30 seconds... now I'm just not sure it's my internet connection or the proxy's fault.

for the first few minutes it droped a few frames for me but for the last 10-15 mins its been perfect, full 5 bars signal and excelent quality.

Now if we can get this information to the ALMS guys, have been saying ALLLLL day the ESPN3 feed has been great on a 46" plasma so it had to be the ALMS conversion for them to post.

The ESPN3 stream started out very well, then things got a little grainy and splotchy, but right now it is excellent and sharp. The sound has been solid all throughout.

Just remember to get rid of the proxy once there is no use anymore... in fact you don't really need it after the stream has started, the feed still works (as long as you don't refresh etc).
