Surely they could have a similar thing to a few years ago with just the traditional cars from the Formula Ford Festival i.e. no minis. Have the zetecs, kents and all the classic formula ford along with Sports 2000 for variety as they are pretty much 2 seater FF cars

Sports 2000 featured at some of the 80s Festivals,in the days of 8 heats. Usually, the only support race was a celebrity Shellsport Talbot Sunbeam or Escort race.
But the 1976 Festival, the first at Brands, had a round of the F1/F5000/F2 Group 8 series as the main event. Not only that, Hunt and Lauda were also there, a promotion set up by The Daily Mail IIRC - remember they were both fighting over the F1 title that year. James presented winner Derek Daly with the trophy. |

Just tried to check PM. I had this option turned off, but I've switched it on now.

Pictures From FF at Brands
Reading the forum there seems to have been more than a few issues to over come, but from where we were standing there was some excellent racing and a few "expensive" moments.
