With the amount of spare real estate on many of the cars at the track today, perhaps putting the numbers back on the door might be a good thing?

Allows sponsors to be more confident to put themselves on a car, most small sponsors go where the number was if you would look closely you can see that, when the numbers where there they had to be on the side skirts, now you can have the major, then smaller at the front as well as on the side skirts, also, by having a number on the door teams had to push the sponsor back, reducing rear quarter panel room for more sponsors or make it smaller. They aren't restricted, as we saw with GRM 33 and 34 on the doors from QR on. They just don't do it, we also saw DJR do it with the controversial 17, 18 with the big 1 and smaller 8 and 7, which was deemed to have to be equal size as some people thought it was a way of putting 1 on the car after winning in 2010. All teams supported but it had to be modified slightly.

would seem to me the advantage is it allows the sponors name to be bigger, giving the sponosr more coverage why does it matter. Number is on cars 4 times now, in the past it was on there 2 times. Taking it of the door has meant we can now put sponsorship related numbers on the door as in the latest Walkinshaw car |

Numbers were mandatory on the bonnet until 2000, when numbers on the windscreen were phased in instead It doesn't matter, i just think racing cars look better with numbers on the doors. They look like whore-boards nowadays (same goes with btcc cars etc..) just my opinion though |

Number is on the back windscreen, and in some cases on the roof as well.
I've got no issue with the numbers on the side windows. I just wish they'd arrange them neater around the ducting so they're not all cut up and messy. |

There's a 360° incar video now doing the rounds of SdS.
Strong open wheeler traits, with the left-foot braking, smooth throttle application and steering input. Here's hoping the Kellys have put a decent car under her. |

If you view in in youtube direct, you can pan around inside the car yourself.

Although this isn't offical judging from what I've seen on Plus Fitness Racing's most recent post there comments are seemingly trying to convey that Aaren is out of contention for the 2nd LDM seat or they're trying to quieten rumours before an announcement breaks. If Aaren is out of contention Andre really is he only option left now for LDM

Without sounding too narcissistic but her and I have similar driving styles. (Although I haven't driven a NG/COTF Supercar yet)

SdS is utilising Rick's old chassis - the coolbox still has Sengled and RK15 advertising on it.

It may have the branding on it, but wasn't the spare Altima stickered in Sengled colours for FoxSports at Bathurst last year. Maybe they didn't get around to un-stickering it?

Wonder how left-foot brakers go in the COTF cars... It was a fair issue in the Blueprint days.
I guess Murph and Fabs were the famous left-foot brakers - anybody know if Fabs still does? |
