Rick's car was only built as the beginning of 2016, unlikely he is going to go back to one of the 2013 built chassis, GTRMagic's scenario is more plausible.

Read it this it seems like plus fitness are trying to downplay rumours on Facebook (which I mentioned in the first post). When Clipsal is a week away a lot can change in 24 hours you know

Confirmed Andre Heimgartner will not be at LDM in 2017 he shouldn't have much trouble getting an enduro cup seat though

I personally think he'll end up at Nissan, Tekno or PRA for the Enduro Cup

Meantime.. a story doing some singing & dancing out in the world.. has a possible pilot for #3 for Clipsal as a certain teev show personality..

No GT seat this year.. Just Cuts support and #10 as host broadcaster.. anything could be possible.

Presumably there may need to be another request for dispensation for a SuperLicence..

Or not..

Could happen potentially he has 12 points for winning the endurance championship last season & he came 2nd in Aus GT in 2015 which is another 12. Correct me if I'm wrong but he would be eligible for a superlicense without dispensation if I'm right with whom your referencing?

Former front-runner in DVS.

Outright race-winner in AusGT in recent years.

Has a much better chance of obtaining said dispensation than Mr Chahda.

Andre has ruled himself out as a possibility at LDM.

Heimgartner has been in the running to retain his main game seat at the minnow operation but the 21-year-old has declared himself out of contention for the drive. (Speedcafe)

It's the endless 'thinking out loud' posts and speculation based on little or no foundation, like the one immediately above, that are starting to wear a bit thin on people. If you have something concrete to add, by all means please post, but this one like some others comes across as a post for the sake of posting.

Obviously the identity of LDM's second driver will be revealed next week and I think we all have an idea of who is in the running, but stating someone will 'potentially' be announced on Monday doesn't add anything.

As long as Rullo has a main game drive I can't take any discussion about dispensations seriously.
My only curiousity is the mechanism?
Presumably it is as simple as $$$$ which will be where Chada has fallen down.

My only other question is where (who) said lever needs applied

Ok cheers for the advice will take it onboard but in my defence 90% of the stuff I post now is news with the article linked
http://www.speedcafe.com/2017/02/24/russell-appears-favourite-secure-ldm-seat/
read this paragraph under green highlighted text it states exactly what i said so that is a concrete post

If a young guy from Newcastle is to get he gig, shouldn't he have some $,
word on V8 Central is Plus Fitness just doesn't have the $ to book a full year.
Also there is conjecture as to who owns said vehicle:

LDM may hold the entry:
But Phil Mundy actually owns the car

Confused as.

Who will drive , who owns actual vehicle
Who is available to drive said entry
Will CAMS give license or dispensation to the driver who signs up
Is Supercars going to be like F1 , pay to drive

Does Mr Munday own all the cars in the LDM fleet?

The only one I'm aware of, is the one Mr Ingall used.

Munday owns one (035) raced by Russell Ingall in 2014 and Scott Pye in 2013 and intermittently since.http://www.speedcafe.com/2015/10/12/...anchard-crash/

The other two, (031) raced by Dean Fiore in 2013 and (034) Jono Webb, purchased from one of Fiore's sponsors and Tekno in 2015 respectively, are owned by LDM and have been the 3 and 222 cars for the last couple of years. Two cars were supposed to be being built in 2015, but I don't think saw the light of day.http://www.ldmotorsport.com.au/ldm-r...-for-two-cars/
