It may have already been answered on one of the previous 1800+ posts, but what is happening with engine equalisation this year for the NGTC cars? Will the Hondas be running the same boost levels as everyone else this season? If one car runs off into the distance, will they be pegged back at all ?

I think I heard that the difference between boost levels will be much smaller this year.

In terms of the power advantage over S2000 nothing has been made official yet. Not sure why. From comments I read from some drivers the difference isn't much.

Not sure if the agreement has moved on from 'there will be a change, but the level is not determined yet'.

The next big question, after the Honda livery is revealed, is it gonna be #1 or #52?

That's not a parking sensor. It's the plastic cover of a bolt holding the bumper on.

I think Gordon has already said that it's likely to be #1, although he wasn't completely decided in January!

For those going to Brands on the 30th/31st the whole package looks like it is taking shape nicely.

Grids look like:

BTCC = 25 Cars

Formula Ford = 16 Cars

Renault Clio = 21 Cars

Ginetta Supercup = 16 Cars

Ginetta Juniors = 13 Cars

Porsche Carrera Cup GB = 13 Cars

These are projected figures and could easily increase in the next two weeks.

You've got good to great grids there. As a side note though, the two with lowest grids are still going to produce great racing. The Juniors always do and the Porsche's grid is made up of potential race winners mainly. Should be fantastic and I for one can't wait....

No your are very wrong that is a parking sensor, the bumper bolts are located at the top of the bumper where the boot lid opens

Hmmm... it would appear so. I stand corrected. I was thinking of the flush head bolts you can see on the back of the A4

Good to have a Hull lad on the grid, The Sears trophy will surely be between him and Kaye

I don't have an answer to that question above, but I noticed the sister car raced by Engstrom in the STCC in 2012 is for sale on RaceCarsDirect.com, without an engine. Doubt we'll see it back in the BTCC though.

The more under-the-skin photos I see of these cars, the more it interests me how they work. This is Turkington's BMW from today courtesy of WSR's friendface page.
