I wonder if anyone will actually talk at the meeting - in between all the eating and drinking.....?

I suggest we have the team photo early - as last year a number really couldn't bear to drag themselves away from 'the buffet'.......

So, we're home again. The meet was again one of the best parts of the weekend. Marieke, my girl, also enjoyed herself thoroughly. Funny to hear her say, after just one visit of our famous meeting: "Yeah, that was very good. Shame it was over so quickly"

By the way, that raspberry moonshine was a hoot !

Well that went well. Hope i got to speak to everyone, tried to sample a small bit of everything people took, but there was just so much, briliant to meet old faces and many new ones, After well over 2 hours i think we can all call that a very successful meeting.

I think we will still choose this place for the future. We weren't disturbed by the crowd and we are close enough to the track to see some past glories. So everyone can come to the meeting without missing the spectacle.
Nice to see the regulars but also people visit us again after several years.
Thank you for the variety of food and drinks : chutney, Mississippi spicy biscuits, Aquavit, "shoot of Eindhoven", great whisky, rosé, the yellow liquor, Jasnières (wine from la Sarthe), highly preserved raspberry, and many other specialities.

Yes we had a great selection of food and drink this year and the raspberry moonship was a combination of both. So a massive thank you to all that bought things to the meeting and in particular Pascal for the table, Oh yes and a big raspberry for those that failed to make the effort to attend or bought nothing to share at the meeting,they must try harder next year

Really annoyed I missed this, but unfortunately we just arrived at the circuit and got set up a little too late. I got to the Village at around 1 but couldn't see anyone so assumed it was all done and dusted.

That's even more frustrating then if it was still going strong when I made my way there, but it wouldn't be the first time I got my locations muddle up for the meet.

Simon, I know you are joking but I would like to say that if bringing something is a pleasure, it's also not mandatory. Imagine if everyone brings his own bottle of rocketfuel ?

We were exactly the same place as last year, perhaps a little close to the track, between the loo's and the michelin stand
