From what I have heard RML where not the only team to encounter this problem, but no official word as yet. This was the first time that the new bioethanol fuels were being tested, so it will be interesting to see if there is a connection

Before the tests it was announced that the new developments of Pescarolo Sport will be tested in comparison to the Rollcentre aero. I have looked on all pics i have found but I can't see any new parts on the Pescarolo car.
Did't they have tested their new aero or am I blind ?

Rollcentre ran the new front end. Saulnier and Pescarolo ran last year's front.

Thats what it appears to be to me, I've lost count of the times I've seen other cars loose fuel this way, always raises suspicion, but rarely is cause for alarm, the fuel just evaporates off so no danger to other traffic.

I would disagree that this is not cause for concern. Fuel should never come out of the car, something in the fueling system has failed to do its job and could lead to a very bad situation! Granted in this situation it is rather (luckily) insipid albeit somewhat noxious.

I see on DSC's report that the Creation hit 335kmh on the Mistral Straight once their "Le Mans bodywork" had been fitted. Sounds Promising....

There were several tv crews at the track and even a helicopter in the air to shoot some action.

Just how often does that actually happen these days? I not talking about re-fuelling incidents just fluid roll on track, and that doesn't happen much due to the baffling in the tanks, what is coming out of the Aston is just excess fuel in the filler pipe.

I wonder if the Gulf name on the screens point towards the potential livery or whether these are just borrowed from the GT1 team

From comments DR has given i think the Prodrive F1 experiment is dead for the moment as there is no agreement forthcoming for customer teams.

Hence i think why LM/P1 has moved higher up the priority list

F1 would be great, but personally I wish they don't (they might end up as spyker, ruined) LMP1 would be more worthwile for money (look at Toyota F1: spending 100 million dollars a year )
Sportscars is more of Prodrive's style (I don't say they can't succeed F1, but the risks are to high in my opinion)

Let them have fun in all the LeMans categories

Back OT:
I just hope they can put up a decend fight in LMP1 and GT2 next year (just after another succesfull GT1 year(LM speaking) )
