Hear hear!

The equation you're looking for is LM24 + ECC = Chaos

i'd say that Patron crew is by far better outfit than anyone else in P2 class. I'd put my money on them.

Regarding GT2 - BMWs should get in the mix, as this year BMW Motorsport killed its F1 and put some of that weight onto GT racing programme.

That would be wise... I'm not expecting the current number of 8 Cars to stadn from now till June. Matech will hopefully be there come the start of Practice for this years event. I'm quite eager to see the Ford GT once again rip it on Mulsanne.

There's been rumour and counter rumour over recent days, but Endurance-Info.com have this morning confirmed Guy Smith's return to the ranks of LMP1 with REBELLION Racing.

He will complete a 'dream team' partnering Belicchi and Bouillon in the lead REBELLION car at Le Mans (as well as the 8hr season opener at Paul Ricard). I very much doubt there'll be a stronger petrol P1 driver line-up at Le Mans this year!

Some money in watchs !!!

Top drivers , 2 new chassis and a re-badged FSI Judd V10 , not your average Timex !!!

I was looking at Rebellion watchs , the cheapest that I could find started at 20 K US !!!

Very little information available on Rebellion watches apart from advertising, but they are very new, started in early 2008, some very chunky watches well made but not exactly my taste and starting from £10k. Most of the specialist watch sites have no mention of them at present.

JLOC test Murcielago of the Le Mans specification at Suzuka today.
They seem to choose the Hankook tire of South Korea!

Is there any confirmation that the Rebellion engines will have direct injection (or any mods over the Judd, for that matter)?

Ive seen sponsored cars at Le Mans before , and didnt have a clue as to what their sponsor did .

I would have thought advertising is the key to selling your product ..... like Red Bull for example , who ploughs big money back into their product .

Sorry ..... my mistake about TFSI , I thought I had heard it someplace .

Prospeed driver line will be : Van Splunteren-Hommerson-Machiels .

Same as last years Spa 24 hour line up it seems .

I was expecting a couple of facrory drivers to be somehow involved !!!

I would have thought that Rudi (Penders) would have included a factory driver (or two etc).

Tom.

Interestingly though, #13 seems to be the lead car over #12...... But then I suppose #13 was that for Speedy Sebah last year......

Whilst I understand and sympathise with your scepticism they did put on a creditable performance in Okayama - lets hope they build from that for this years Le Mans

Basically it's saying that he hasn't been hiding his desire to race at Le Mans for Peugeot, Olivier Quesnel has said that there would be no issues if he did Le Mans alongside the WRC (after all, he's running both PSA teams); Loeb's opinion is that there's basically no reason why he shouldn't be doing the race.

So a bit speculative, really, but it does state that Seb will be at the Twelve Hours of Sebring as well. All we know with absolute certainty is that we'll find out the entirety of Peugeot's plans on Monday.
