And so it began . . .
It was on "Speed" in the US on SUN night (13 MAY 12) at 20h00 (GMT -4).

Not trying to be a `spoiler' but it was one hour and had a few repeated scenes a from the original at the beginning. Not a lot of time was devoted to the pre-race preparations. Lots of explanations of the strategies and how they changed due to the retirements of two cars.

Well done with some of the commentary from Radio Le Mans explaining the on screen action.

i.e. other language versions were supposed to released 22nd of May but now they postponed the English version to same date or the other versions caused the delay?

That is an interesting question. I think the english version is already finished for weeks, because a shortened version was already shown at Speed TV.

So... the countdown timer has now counted down to zero for the second time, first the 14th and now the 22nd... still cannot see the movie online anywhere...

The availability of the movie seems to depend on the country you live in.

No German/UK version as far as I can see.

Strangely, the counter is counting down from 16:37 at the moment. So maybe international viewers have to wait another day.

It appears if the film is in the process of going live on the iTunes stores, it is in the US, UK and Australia at least now… maybe the rest will go live during the day. The countdown timer did reset to another 16 hours though… maybe the rest will go live during these 16 hours...

Without wishing to sound like a grumpus, why couldn't Audi just plonk this on to YouTube for all to see without foisting upon us the abomination that is iTunes?

It would attract more viewers and generate some income through advertising. But hey, what do I know?

Why is this movie DRM'd? It's a free movie, you cannot pirate it. Yet you need to have iTunes installed and authorised computers to view it?

Was just wondering ; How do you create a foreign account on iTunes ?
Cause i was trying to get the film , and it didn't work cause i live in Belgium .
Come to think of it , nothing really works like it should in Belgium , lol .
Any tips ?

It's pretty confounding, when you consider it's an advertisement, really.

It is kind of frustrating in terms of the process around it - but then again I am still downloading it as we speak. Would be nice to have a bit more freedom of where/how I can watch it.
