The streaming service is included in the cable television service. The basic HD package (includes ESPN HD, ESPN3 HD, Fox Sports HD, one HBO feed, one Moviecity feed, Cinecanal, Warner, Fox, Sony, TNT, Sony, AXN, HD Theater, Nat Geo and BBC) officially costs US$ 50 per month, but we got it for US$ 40.

Strangely enough, Rogers, who just dropped SPEED (annoying the sportscar racing fan in me) is showing, as far as I can tell, ALL of the IndyCar races on SportsNet (or at least, the ones not on ABC). Amazing. It almost makes me relent in my hatred of Rogers. Almost.

IndyCar: Andretti adds fifth car for GP of Indy for Franck Montagny
Nice to see Franck back, he is a good pilot, he should do well, hopefully he can find a full time ride for the rest of the season, or at least the street/road courses |

Good news for IndyCar, but the length and comments make me feel like they may just be holding off a switch until the F1 guys get enough funds for the upgrades.
Granted, 4 years is a lifetime in the "Potential F1 GP" world so they may have given up long before the contract runs out.

Good to hear that Long Beach is confirmed for the next years. IndyCar really needed to keep that race, they have lost too many the past few years.

Im a bit confused:
The lap times are in the 1.09s. Of course turn 7-8-9 are a shorter way than the original F1 track, but with the adding of turn 12 and 13, wouldn't that make the lap times slower? A 1.10 is the lap record from 2004 by RB. |
