Frosty11 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
If hitech arn,t entering, I'm guessing that gabriel dias would get the final carlin seat.

If they are entering, they would probably partner fantin with dias

Foresti is already signed with Fortec and I think Jaafar will take the 6th car as he had a couple of runs with the team over the winter.

Handicapping was invented to give losers a chance to beat champions. You left out the Melbourne Cup, in which the best horses are weighed down to give nags a chance of winning Australian's richest gee-gee race.

Unlike the USA, Australia has an anti-establishment, anti-successs attitude that dates back to the first fleet of settler ships, stocked with Britain's surplus criminals, that arrived on January 26, 1788, and still runs strong. It makes me sick.

I agree.

There's a Presentation Brochure here, from which you can work out a few things. CF Racing are listed separately from Manor so I think they will run Hywel Lloyd as before. I don't know about Manor. Maybe Adderley Fong?

The newly-named Rookie Championship is looking a bit thin. T-Sport have one car, so we have to hope that West-Tec will come up with a car or two. Again, not sure what Litespeed are up to.

I agree, rookie class is very thin, west-tec hopefully could get at least 2 cars on and litespeed could run jay bridger and another rookie class runner in the other

West Tec have been interested in a couple of last years UK Formula Ford stars for the Rookie (National) class; Tio Ellinas and Scott Malvern. I know (from the FOTA website) that Malvern tested for them at Rockingham late last year and I think they have given Ellinas a run as well.

Would be good to see either or both of these step up.

Not sure about Fantin, nor Lloyd. Hitech all quiet.

Why would Litespeed run Bridger again? Are they still doing it?

Not sure West-Tec planning on doing British F3 this year either.

How about Sino, should run Fong.

What does that have to do with it? He can afford GP2 so that's where he'll go & then likely try to buy his way into F1.

Did Max Chilton prove in his three F3 seasons that he was worthy of graduation? Now he will drive for the team that daddy bought in GP2 and no doubt try to buy an F1 seat or Carling will make a bid for the 13th F1 slot.

I'm well aware of that. It still annoys me that hopeless drivers announce their plans before they've achieved ANYTHING at a much more junior level. Chilton was obviously with much more established teams than Fong, but at least he steadily improved and showed flashes of real speed with Hitech and Carlin. Not that I rate him, mind.
